Vihreä miesliike

Vihreä miesliike ry on puoluepoliittinen miesliike, joka perustettiin 13. maaliskuuta 2009 tavoitteena tasa-arvon ajaminen ja miesliikkeessä koettujen epäkohtien[1] esillenostaminen yhteiskunnassa ja niihin vaikuttaminen vihreiden kautta.[2]

Vihreä miesliikkeen ensimmäiseksi puheenjohtajaksi valittiin tutkija ja kolumnisti Jukka Relander.[3] Ensimmäisen vuoden hallituksen muodostivat lisäksi Helsingin apulaiskaupunginjohtaja Pekka Sauri, miestutkija Pasi Malmi, dosentti Tapani Hietaniemi ja opiskelija Aleksi Mäntylä.[4] Vuoden 2010 hallitukseen ja puheenjohtajistoon otettiin nainen, Hanna-Kaisa Lähde.[5]

Yhdistys julkaisi 12. huhtikuuta 2010 myös miespoliittisen ohjelman[6], jonka tavoitteena on sukupuolten tasa-arvon edistäminen miesten tasa-arvo-ongelmia korjaamalla.[7]
