Velox on jauhoinen kiinteämaltoinen perunalajike. Veloxin tärkkelyspitoisuus on 14,0 prosenttia.[1]

Suomessa viljelty Velox on myös vientiperuna. Sen siemeniä viedään Venäjälle.[2]

Veloxia viljellään myös Ukrainassa yhtenä maan 43 lajikkeesta.
