The page Especial:Registro has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a redirect from the article namespace to a different namespace except the Category, Template, Wikipedia, Help, or Portal namespaces.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion review. - @MPGuy2824: Understood. I actually found out in these two links: [1] [2] and some Apple advertisements. 😉 SimpleObjects-9ei (talk) 13:26, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
- The problem is that without a mention (with a good reference), readers will be surprised. If it isn't worth adding to the target page, then the redirect also doesn't make sense to keep. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 14:40, 15 February 2026 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Feedmepaperr. I noticed that you recently made an edit in which your edit summary did not appear to describe the change you made. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. feedmepaperr (talk) 21:59, 9 March 2026 (UTC)

- In more-or-less the same vein, you are characterizing a huge percentage of your edits as Minor.
- When you have time, please check out the Wikipedia definition and instructions for minor edits. You'll see that they should be TRULY trivial. A good example is deleting an unnecessary comma.
- Just like an accurate edit summary makes a lot of difference to other editors, understanding whether something is truly minor is important for the future evolution of the article.
- Thanks for all your work! You've made a lot of edits in a very short period of time. Be well!! Left Central (talk) 04:51, 14 March 2026 (UTC)

Excessive user sub pages
Hello, I'm Serge, an Admin here on Wikipedia. I see you're on the newer side, so I wanted to make sure you were aware of WP:NOTWEBHOST. I've noticed you have...a lot of sub user pages, particularly in proportion to your overall edit count, which is rather low.
Its fine to make sub pages, but you'll want to make sure that they're somehow related to some sort of constructive work you're doing on Wikipedia. For example, this one is fine - its pretty normal to have sub page to organize your draft ideas. Some of your other ones are more iffy though. This and this really aren't related to building an encyclopedia. And others just simply aren't necessary any time soon - there's no need to be creating sub-pages for when you're going to be an admin or a checkuser. It generally takes years for those sorts of rights, so there's really no need to have those sorts of things mapped out already.
My two cents - you've only been here a couple months. I'd focus more of your time on learning how the website works and getting good at editing, rather than all this stuff. Make sure you understand how to identify reliable sources, how to interpret out notability guidelines, etc. Sergecross73 msg me 16:44, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks, I understood. Just wanted a folder to store all what I can think of during my career. And I have to say the story of why I created all these subpages:
- I created an article called 2026 Minecraft source code leak in March 13, 2026. However, minutes after publishing it was nominated for deletion, and I wanted to keep it. (As of writing) 8 commented redirect to Minecraft#Bedrock Edition and console editions, and 2 commented delete. So I created a drafts section. Also, I had to create these folders because I wanted a custom signature, but I think it'd end up more than the character limit (255 bytes), so I wrote the signature (it ended up being 365 bytes), placed it in and voila it worked.
- So sorry if I didn't understand Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not#Wikipedia is not a blog, web hosting service, social networking service, or memorial site. - SimpleObjects-9ei 🔥/🎰/😴 19:12, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- Yeah, having user pages for drafts is completely acceptable - I have one myself at User:Sergecross73/sandbox, where I list off various drafts and article ideas for the future. It's just that some of that other stuff is probably starting to veer off a bit. Sergecross73 msg me 19:20, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- @Sergecross73 Additionally, I forgot to say:
- It takes money to host a website. I'm in South America, and I'm planning to visit all 50 U.S. states somewhere near the end of this year and not waste money on a stupid website that will definitely not last long. Traveling also takes money, but your brain does the decision: host a website ($19.99/mo) or travel to the United States (~+$2,000, a.k.a wikibreak).
- Thank you. - SimpleObjects-9ei 🔥/🎰/😴 14:31, 30 March 2026 (UTC)

Minor edits
Hello! I noticed that you added content at Wikipedia:Responding to threats of harm and incorrectly marked the edit as "minor". On Wikipedia, "minor edit" means superficial edits like fixing typos or totally uncontroversial changes like reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that adds content or otherwise changes the meaning of an article is not minor. As well, you wrote "feel free to revert" in the edit summary, but marking it as "minor" implies that the edit is extremely unlikely to be reverted, so that's counter-productive.

Hi again, I removed your custom title styling because it was completely illegible. Sorry to barge in and do this, but it's in the best interest of the project. Restoring removed content
Can you please explain why you made this edit?-- Ponyobons mots 21:42, 24 March 2026 (UTC)
- Do you want me to explain? Okay! So...:
- These used to be edits made by trusted users using Twinkle or Huggle in where they were trying to warn SineCosineTangentDisruptiom (it's so hard to spell his name) for vandalism, such as a final warning for vandalism on Sigma Boy. However, when the user was finally blocked, the user still had TPA access, and SineCosineTangentDisruptiom removed part of previous warnings and replaced them with "Goofy ahh brainrot 💀" like too many times. Their talk page access was revoked by the admin Isabelle Belato, however I wanted to resurrect the previous warnings for several purposes which, because I didn't read the whole Manual of Style and all Wikipedia namespace articles, don't know what the thing is. - SimpleObjects-9ei 🔥/🎰/😴 22:10, 24 March 2026 (UTC)
- I have no idea what you're trying to say. The editor had their talk page access revoked over a year ago. There is no reason whatsoever for you to retore old warnings there.-- Ponyobons mots 22:18, 24 March 2026 (UTC)

The article Hardest has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Stub, unlikely there will ever be a notable article here, violates WP:NOTDICT and does not appear to meet the criteria for WP:POINTWIKT.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.
If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. GSK (talk • edits) 01:16, 30 March 2026 (UTC)

Help to upload article to wikipedia
Hi! I am ActingGeek1987 and wanted to make an article about one of my favourite Actors!! he is not on wikipedia and I wanted to change that, but unfortunately I can't move the article from my sandbox to the main wikipedia. Can somebody help? thanks! ActingGeek1987 (talk) 22:29, 25 April 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, ActingGeek1987, and welcome to Wikipedia! To begin an article, don't do it directly in mainspace—rather, make a draft about your actors (see Wikipedia:Drafts to see how to do so) or do it so in your sandbox page. For the draft, make sure you got reliable, self-published (and independent) sources, and enough notability ready for it. Good luck! - SimpleObjects-9ei 🌸/🌻/🌞 23:22, 25 April 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you SimpleObjects-9ei!! I have checked everything and every source and my article draft is saved in my sandbox page. but how do I publish it now? there was a possibility to send your draft to check, but that takes more than 2 months, do you know what I could do? ActingGeek1987 (talk) 23:28, 25 April 2026 (UTC)
- To send your draft ready for mainspace, how about you add "{{subst:AfC submission/draftnew}}{{subst:AfC submission/coi|$1}}" on top of the draft's content? When you're done drafting (and your article meets enough notability), click the "Submit the draft for review!" button and an Articles for Creation reviewer will review it. If the AfC reviewer accepts the submission, your article is sent to mainspace. If the AfC reviewer declines the submission, don't give up! Continue draftifying and when you're done again, click the button. - SimpleObjects-9ei 🌸/🌻/🌞 23:44, 25 April 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Windows 8..1

A tag has been placed on Windows 8..1 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a recently created redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer, or other unlikely search term.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

Question from HaydenKe (15:54, 28 May 2026)
Hello, I was wondering how I properly make copyedits. Often times it appears that the edit isn’t just correcting misspellings but properly rewording incorrect phrases: many times for tone. I know that Wikipedia wants an encyclopedic tone but how do you achieve this and identity when a tone is not encyclopedic. Thank you --HaydenKe (talk) 15:54, 28 May 2026 (UTC)
- Hello, HaydenKe, and welcome! Start with basic copyediting first (see Wikipedia:Basic copyediting): fixing typos and grammar, such as "from ths" to "from this". You can also try The Wikipedia Adventure if you wish! Later, you can fix the tone of articles, which involve more expansive editing. Reverting blocked editors on their talk page
Blocked editors have some leeway in popping off when blocked. "Go away" is not a personal attack and there was no reason to revert in that instance. In most cases it just fans flames and leads to more attention seeking behaviour.-- Ponyobons mots 23:16, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
- I understood. 😉 It's that sometimes I go too rogue with personal attacks: the second I see an "Kill yourself", welp, what else other than reporting the user to administrators (and revoking the vandal's TPA, too, if they misuse it too much)? One of these moments was in User talk:Days all ho abd gone, where the vandal repeatedly placed personal attacks (such as "Die <random slur>") and, since they were all visible through my notices, I reverted them. – SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (🌎 CentralAuth) 23:24, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
- In extreme cases you can just draw the attacks to the attention of the blocking (or any other) admin. Getting into a revert war on the account's talk page just gives them the opportunity to post the content repeatedly. Let's not give them the opportunity.-- Ponyobons mots 23:28, 8 June 2026 (UTC)

- @Israeladey223 Welcome to Wikipedia, a free encyclopedia that anyone can edit! I have to doubt if you are asking any of these so I can give you a better result:
- If you mean "creating a page", sorry! You'll need to be autoconfirmed (i.e. logged in for more than 4 days and have made more than 10 edits) to create pages and redirects. You can still create pages outside the (Article) and Portal namespaces.
- If you mean "creating a draft", it's simple: go to the article wizard to start going with your draft. If you have a conflict of interest in your draft, please urgently ask me.
- If you mean "creating my own user page", it's also simple: go to User:Israeladey223 and click where it says: "Start the User:Israeladey223 page." You are free to type in anything!
- Please make sure to follow Wikipedia's policies and guidelines when doing either. – SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (🌎 CentralAuth) 15:21, 13 June 2026 (UTC)

About your recent post on AIV. The user was already globally locked. It didn't seem that way on Wikipedia, because a trick was done (don't ask me about the technical side of it, but I know what the end result is) to simply block them Globally. In the future, if you report someone, and the report was removed, please check the User's Global Account. If you don't see the User there, or there the User is shown there as blocked, they are blocked globally. Considering who the one engaging in LTA was, I may need to request REVDEL again. Theses tricks are done to avoid drawing attention to those who simply want attention and who have no interest in Building an Encyclopedia. Enćenćecasïdća (talk) 19:28, 13 June 2026 (UTC)

Hi, I noticed that a reference to the Cooper's hawk in the Rose-breasted grosbeak article (under the heading Longevity and mortality) uses the binomial Accipiter cooperii instead of its new name, Astur cooperii. Would it be helpful to change this name, or would it be nitpicky? Also, would it be disruptive to update binomials of other organisms? Your signature
Hi, your signature, as used here, is over 600 characters in length. This is a serious violation of WP:SIGLEN - the maximum permitted length of any signature is 255 characters. Please shorten it. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 19:12, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
- Okay, well... Thanks for informing me. – SimpleObjects-9ei 🇺🇸/🦅/🥳(Happy 250 years of America!) (🌎 CentralAuth) 19:56, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
- I am so sorry about what I have done. I do like reverting vandalism: I have been cleaning up vandalism since April 2026, and did a good job both on AIV and UAA. Please don't block me. I didn't do nothing wrong; my signature doesn't take up two or three lines, everything has been going fine until this very moment. Please. Just please. – SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 20:03, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
- I never said anything about blocking. This is a matter of going against established policy. I see from the above post that you have shortened it: but it's now 268 characters, which is still more than 255. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 20:47, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
- Okay... I still feel innocent... right? The only TRUE problem was HTML. That "
<span>...</span>" that keeps making me go cuckoo crazy, and with no other option than to do a hard signature reset, well, I'm stranded with this signature that I have to wear. The only times I ever use this signature are in TA's talk pages, and because TAs don't notice it or never use their talk page, uhm... maybe that's fine... If I feel guilty, well, it might just game over here or the sensation of WP:CLEANSTART at this point. Either way, I have to lament. – SimpleObjects-9ei 🇺🇸/🦅/🥳(🌎 CentralAuth) 20:59, 3 July 2026 (UTC)- Now it's more than 490 characters. Are you going to take me seriously, or just mess around? --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 23:22, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
- Okay, well, well, I surrender. Period. What else are you going to try to do? I have already said that the thing causing the signature to be over 490 characters is HTML markup. You may just see it as more than 30 characters on text, but it's just that I'm incredibly heavy on markup. I use markup a lot. And that is causing the issue. I even tried gaming the HTML color markup restrictions and I just can't. – SimpleObjects-9ei 🇺🇸/🦅/🥳(🌎 CentralAuth) 23:25, 3 July 2026 (UTC)

- @Redrose64 I hope you like the change I just made. No more "four seasons", which is what my signature was inspired on. Couldn't think of anything else that is not over 255 characters. – SimpleObjects-9ei (talk / contribs / CentralAuth) 23:51, 3 July 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for that. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 11:57, 4 July 2026 (UTC)

- Anyways, could we (or not we) become friends and/or allies in the future? You have never used any admin powers since June 2026, you have helped others at WP:VPT, and you seem to be pretty friendly to be honest. – SimpleObjects-9ei (talk / contribs / CentralAuth) 13:27, 4 July 2026 (UTC)
- This one is 238 characters, so
Your signature, as used here, uses {{color}} four times, which is a violation of WP:SIG#NT. Having directed you to the signature policy just over a week ago, I should not need to keep reminding you of it. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 23:49, 11 July 2026 (UTC)
- Already?! At this point I just surrender. How else am I going to get color working? I only want a signature that is both colorful and does not violate WP:SIGLEN. Every single signature revision I try fails. The four seasons is not enough. My editing streak will succumb, and I might just have to abandon the encyclopedia at this point. However, I will still try to trim it down as far as possible. You're right that it's not a life being with 1000 transcluions templates, but also a thing because I'm a fanatic of Segoe UI. Whatever I try to do... it doesn't work! You caught me for the final time, and I try extremely hard to make signatures short. I just can't think of anything that is over 255 characters. Please... SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 01:29, 12 July 2026 (UTC)
- This post shows that you're back up to 332 characters. I don't see why you cannot understand that you are violating a policy, which as I mentioned above, is set down at WP:SIGLEN, or more verbosely, Wikipedia:Signatures#Length. I will write it out here, verbatim, so that it is clear to you:
Keep signatures short, both in display and in markup.
The limit is 255 characters.
Extremely long signatures with a lot of HTML/wiki markup make page editing and discussion more difficult for the following reasons:
- Signatures that take up more than two or three lines in the edit window clutter the page and make it harder to distinguish posts from signatures.
- Long signatures give undue prominence to a given user's contribution.
- Signatures that occupy more space than necessary in the edit box displace meaningful comments, thus forcing editors to scroll when writing their replies.
- The presence of such long signatures in the discussion also disrupts the reading of comments when editors are formulating their replies.
The software will automatically truncate both plain and raw signatures to 255 characters of code in the Signature field. If substitution of templates or another page is used, please be careful to verify that your signature does not violate the 255-character length limit when the templates are expanded, as the software will not do this automatically.
- Now, you have no excuse to ignore this. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 18:12, 18 July 2026 (UTC)
- Fine... :/ To my retinas, I cannot imagine how long the signature ended up being. In fact, while I revert vandalism, you are on your peaceful life all around... All of the posts that you mentioned is me fighting vandalism.:
- Post 1 is me warning a user because they have a promotional username, "Muslim Public Affairs Centre".
- Post 2 is me warning a TA (uw-4) of a numerical vandalism (e.g. incorrect dates) on Big Bird.
- And Post 3 is me warning a user (uw-2) of adding junk to Talk:QR code.
- Every single permalink that you mentioned is my everyday routine life of how I handle vandalism using recent changes patrol tools and Special:Log/Special:AbuseLog. I have three hobbies when in my signature: Segoe UI, the four seasons and Special:CentralAuth. I cannot think of anything that is just below 255 characters because of the answer above. I keep confessing and you deny it. – SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 18:26, 18 July 2026 (UTC)

- I'm not counting the timestamp. I'm also not counting the text before the signature, and certainly not taking into account the text before the signature, whether they are warnings or otherwise. This is the markup in question: That is 332 characters of markup, significantly more than the 255 characters that is permitted by the policy I mentioned above. I don't see why you continue to misunderstand this explicit limit.

- I'll make it simple and direct. You have been told many times exactly what is wrong and you have refused to fix it. At 20:22 was the most recent warning. At 23:51, is the most recent of many edits after that where you continued to use a sig that is in violation.[1] If you make any further talkpage comments with an unacceptable sig, you will be blocked from talkpages altogether. disappoints another user
- it's against policy. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a fancy signature competition. You seem to have spent a lot of time telling other people what they cannot do, but don't seem be able to accept that you also need to stay within policies. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 07:56, 19 July 2026 (UTC) - @SimpleObjects-9ei We don't want to lose you because of something minor like signature formatting - everyone messes up and sometimes we don't realise until things have escalated into a bit of a sticky mess.
- In an ideal world this would have been sorted out in a couple of posts, but the internet can make communication difficult & we often misunderstand each other - even if one side has been as clear as they can be, the message can still be missed. That's normal and human, it happens to all of us.
- I think it's a really good idea for you take a week or two off to calm down and reset, since this was obviously an unpleasant experience for you. Take a deep breath, step back for as long as you need to, then carry on doing what you enjoy here. In solidarity, Blue-Sonnet (I'm listening) 08:29, 19 July 2026 (UTC)

If not, I will actually continue editing and reverting vandalism, but just with this signature that I am forced to wear like a mask. I actually didn't want to leave Wikipedia all along. The last few edits of me were reverting vandalism, and I understood the sig "– SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵" was too long. It's also because there is another "<span style" in the word "Objects" to look cooler, which is why that was the HTML error. I apologize.

I haven't noticed, that I am making a page on English side of the Wikipedia while my article was made in Latvian. I will try to fix this issue and thank you for pointing this out. Surely, soon, will make another article, but in English.

UAA
Thanks for the report at WP:UAA but please note that some wikis allow organisation accounts - see Commons policy for an example, the German wiki is another. Except for the most offensive usernames, please don't report users at WP:UAA if they haven't edited on this wiki. Cabayi (talk) 06:36, 8 July 2026 (UTC)
- What edit was it? I need to know. Was it because I reported User:Impresora HP Smart Tank 210 yesterday? Despite this, I actually reported some accounts with extremely offensive usernames, like this one. And, in fact, around 80% of my UAA reports were successful. I've also used the {{uw-username}} and {{uw-coi-username}} numerous times in several user talk pages with promotional usernames and ZERO EDITS, so I'm sure what my business is right now. – SimpleObjects-9ei (talk / contribs / CentralAuth) 13:34, 8 July 2026 (UTC)
- Yes. Impresora HP Smart Tank 210 is active on the Spanish wiki, not here. I hope you aspire to improving on your 80% success rate ~ there are still real people on the other end of the 20%. Cabayi (talk) 13:56, 8 July 2026 (UTC)
- You're back to reporting users who have not edited this wiki again? For the second time of asking, please stop. It's bitey behaviour. Cabayi (talk) 15:39, 2 August 2026 (UTC)
- Okay, okay, I understood. It's just that I don't check the user's CentralAuth before reporting, that's why I committed the error, even if the username is in the English language. Although... just hear me, I did actually warn some users who created their account on enwiki so maybe I hope I get at least one UAA report right before reporting. — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 15:44, 2 August 2026 (UTC)
- At least one? Aim higher. These are real people. Aim for 100% accuracy. Cabayi (talk) 15:47, 2 August 2026 (UTC)
- Go to their contributions page; in the box at the bottom, near the right-hand end, is a link "accounts". In this case, it goes to Special:CentralAuth/VPC - Premium Transfer & Tours Salzburg. From that, you can tell by the position of the
icon that they created the account on German Wikipedia. As noted above, de.wp allows organisation accounts. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 20:09, 2 August 2026 (UTC)

Clarification request
You stated that you created this category while helping another user, could you please say which user and where they made a request for help? Given the recent editing at that category, it's most likely this pov sock. fifteen thousand two hundred twenty four (talk) 07:46, 8 July 2026 (UTC)

You're invited to the Mentorship noticeboard
Hi, SimpleObjects-9ei. You are cordially invited to the brand new Wikipedia:Mentorship noticeboard. I get the impression sometimes that we mentors are each toiling in our own little cubbyhole, quietly answering mentee questions with little to no interaction with other mentors. I think we have a lot to share and learn from each other, and I know it will make me feel better just having the opportunity to interact with you and other mentors there, and I hope it will for you, too. Looking forward to hearing your feedback. Please take the § Survey when you get there! Mathglot (talk) 00:23, 9 July 2026 (UTC)
- Okay, well. Thanks? Had a serious moment at Talk:Candy Candy so I will need it. – SimpleObjects-9ei (talk / contribs / CentralAuth) 00:27, 9 July 2026 (UTC)
- Sure, c'mon over and share; I'm sure others have been there, too. (We try to WP:AGF, so if there was some bad stuff going on, maybe describe the situation but without mentioning the username, if possible. Admins can take care of that stuff at a dedicated venue.) But do come over and share, it may help other mentors deal with similar situations, and you may get some good feedback too; at least, I hope so—that is one of the reasons the board is there. And thanks for being a mentor, and vounteering to help out new users! Cheers, Mathglot (talk) 00:35, 9 July 2026 (UTC)
Please avoid adding additional clutter to the page history? Best to leave the page alone and clear when the anon is blocked. Could also ask to revoke talk page access on AIV. Cheers Adakiko (talk) 23:30, 9 July 2026 (UTC)

- Oh, hello, Pristine-Radio! I am sorry that you had to go to this much effort to be autoconfirmed. My talk page had been protected due to repeated blanking by TAs.
- Back in the track, the one who moved the page was Whyiseverythingalreadyused and the one who deleted the mainspace page was MPGuy2824. Question from SixityFacts (00:14, 26 July 2026)
How do i create a wiki page --SixityFacts (talk) 00:14, 26 July 2026 (UTC)
- Hello, SixityFacts! To create a new wiki page, you have to be autoconfirmed, which requires 4 days of being logged in and at least ten edits. Then you can just write what you want or create redirects! But please remember that you're not experienced yet, and if you want to write encyclopedic articles, I recommend writing it as a draft first. Then an AfC reviewer will review it for you and if it accepts the submission, your draft has succeeded! — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 00:37, 26 July 2026 (UTC)
Talk page revert
Re [2], just revert without further comment (or a minimal edit summary). Nothing good comes from engaging with it further. Giraffer (talk) 19:07, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- @Giraffer I understand. Anyways, edits were still suppressed (but the involved temporary account is not), which is... good. And I wrote it down in my notepad. — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 19:19, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- Yes, I suppressed the edits. What do you mean by writing something in your notepad? Giraffer (talk) 19:31, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- Good job suppressing them! These edits actually contained Asilvering's real-life name.
- For what "my notepad" is (if you mean), it's a 2 MB file in my computer in where I have the passwords of my Wikimedia account, my Wikimedia alt account (SimpleObjects-9ei alt account on firefox), my Minecraft Wiki account (SimpleMinecrafter-3h2), and more at the top, and at the bottom... some grotesque vandalism and usernames. I have a weird obsession with copypasting the changes made in these edits into the notepad before they get revdel'd or/and suppressed, including the permalink of the edits and the username of who made them. That's all I have to say about what this TXT file is. — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 19:39, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- The whole point of suppression is to not have them around, it's not appropriate to be writing suppressed or revdel'd things down. – LuniZunie(talk) 19:42, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- That's just private information... 😒 — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 19:44, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- I'll echo LuniZunie's statement: You should delete that part of your TXT file. It is not appropriate to keep a log of people's personal information. Regards, HouseBlaster (talk • he/they) 19:59, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- That's just private information... 😒 — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 19:44, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
- HouseBlaster has been gentle in his wording, but I am going to make this very explicit with my oversighter hat on: do not log suppressed information under any circumstances. This material is hidden to all but a highly selective group of 46 NDA-d users for very strong reasons—because it contains highly sensitive material that has the potential to do real, serious damage. Policies aside, it is highly, highly inappropriate that you see it fit to privately log abusive material about community members that you know and acknowledge should not be public, and should never have been posted.Saying
These edits actually contained Asilvering's real-life name
is again, incredibly out of line. Regardless of whether this claim is true (and I have serious concerns about why you have attempted to verify it), publicizing the nature of oversighted material, let alone logging it, is unacceptable. You can consider this an only warning about privacy and suppression-related issues. Giraffer (talk) 22:37, 1 August 2026 (UTC)- Sigh.
- *pulls out phone with a Commons candidate file*
- I accept my demise. However though, I would love to hear if you give me the opportunity for me to resume editing. You see, this file had been with me since December 2025, when I was still training as ~2025-42959-56 in the sandbox to edit Wikipedia, and just to let you know that most of my accounts have a Colombia IP. I created this file before the "SimpleObjects-9ei" username was registered in the encyclopedia. Without this file (wikipedia_data.txt), I would be locked out of my account forever. I was at a party so I couldn't respond but I left my computer downloading a Windows Server 2008 R2 ISO file but was at the Windows 8 page. And I said the words "
That's just private information... 😒
" because other Wikipedia users cannot access other users' computer's files, not that it contains the names of Wikipedians, plus the vandalism I wrote does not have a particular order. I apologize so so so much but I don't want to shed tears again like Enbi did, and I neither don't want to retire from the encyclopedia again. Just please. Otherwise, this is probably the last time I would be editing Wikipedia and my goal to get a GA/FA will never come true. Plus, I'm never mentioning this "TXT file" again. SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 00:14, 2 August 2026 (UTC)- I don't really understand about two-thirds of what you've just written, but to clarify:
- You are not blocked; you can still edit however you wish.
- I don't care about what you wish to do with your own computer; if you want to store your passwords in a TXT file that's... your call.
- I do care that you are storing suppressed or revdelled material. That material needs to be deleted. Do as you please with the rest of the TXT file.
- The fact that your response to Luni's comment was to indicate that it was okay to store because it is privately on your desktop is troubling.
- Please remember that we are talking about real people on the other end of a screen. Consider how you would feel if somebody tried to doxx you and another random stranger decided to keep a log of that information even after it was hidden. I know I wouldn't feel too safe. Giraffer (talk) 09:46, 2 August 2026 (UTC)
Plus, I'm never mentioning this "TXT file" again.
That's not the point. You need to delete all of the OS'd material from your TXT file and never add any back. – LuniZunie(talk) 16:48, 2 August 2026 (UTC)- @LuniZunie I removed the oversighted material if that's what you want. The TXT file still contains the answers of my upcoming RfA and development info for Pattern (an anti-vandalism tool that is currently just absence of existence), so I'm not revealing most of what the TXT file is. If that's another clear case of a career ending... — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 17:03, 2 August 2026 (UTC)
- Independent of my comments above, I would really strongly encourage you to focus more on building an encyclopedia and less on things like gaining permissions and your "career". On the current revision of your user talk page I count this thread about logging oversighted material, a warning about RBI, a warning about UAA reports, an extended thread about problems with your signature, two threads about unhelpful editing on blocked users' talk pages, and a warning about excessive user subpages. That is to say, patience is wearing thin. Please slow down, forget about RfA, and focus on contributing to the encyclopedia—not hanging around the adminboards—because to be frank: with your current approach you are increasingly headed towards a block. Giraffer (talk) 17:24, 2 August 2026 (UTC)
- Okay, you know what? Let's end this thread all here. I don't want to run into any more problems because of a single TXT file. — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 20:54, 2 August 2026 (UTC)

Your user talk page customization
Hello, I have removed styling from this page again (ref: previously, and before that). The purpose of your user talk page is communication with other Wikipedia editors. It is not a personal homepage or anything like that, so please prioritize readability (function over form). If you want to express yourself, you're welcome to use your user page, as I see you've done :)
As a reminder, I'm open to minor styling tweaks, so I have left your font choice. And to be clear, by all means reply if you have any questions/comments/concerns, but please don't revert without consensus.

At Talk:Homeland Force#RFC: Political position in Infobox, why are you reverting some of the edits of ~2026-41143-74 (talk · contribs)? Your recent report at AIV
Hello!
I took a look at the report you made in this edit, which I handled here. I'm struggling a bit in understanding why the report was made. Can you help me out a bit and explain why you made a report for vandalism after final warning for that account?
— Red-tailed hawk (nest) 15:21, 7 August 2026 (UTC)
- Hi! So apparently the user triggered the edit filter on Dean Withers and supposedly removing all the content from the page and replacing it with an unreferenced, obscene story about sucking cocks, and also was reported by a bot prior. ([3]) Is it still okay to block him? — SimpleObjects-9ei 🏖️/☀️/🥵 (see talk) 15:42, 7 August 2026 (UTC)
- That makes more sense. Your report had stated that the user had committed
vandalism after final warning
, which I didn't see when I had looked at the account (there were neither warnings on the user's talk page at the time of the report nor were any edits published). I'll take a look at the actions after the warning and go from there. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 16:53, 7 August 2026 (UTC)- Actually, upon checking again, I think I must have clicked on the wrong account when checking. You had given a warning on the talk page before making the report. Don't know how that happened, but I'll handle now. Going forward, when the problem is in the abuse filter logs, please highlight that in your report so that reviewing admins check there too. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 16:55, 7 August 2026 (UTC)
