The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. I got that from the revert message, you don't need to tell me on my talk page. I only added it because the visual editor does not show the hidden text telling me not to, and because I added it to the article "School shootings in the United States (2000–present)" with no problems.
