All of the text you added was copied directly from the source, not just the poem. The poem might possibly be usable as non-free content if it is particularly relevant, but in this case it seems pretty incidental to the actual content of the biography. Ignoring the poem for now, though, everything else was published by someone else relatively recently, and so it is copyrighted. In this case, the website says "© 2022 Farringford". Unless you have written permission from Farringford to release the text under a free license then it needs to be rewritten entirely into your own words in order to be usable. If you see the warning you got a year ago, it has this same information for you and more. Does that help at all? If there was a fuss over this sculpture when it was new, it shouldn't be so hard to find examples of the fuss that can then be summarized and cited. Currently, the interpretation of the sculpture rests on one book.
