I have added a dubious tag as to its use with semiconductors. This paper https://doi.org/10.1116/1.588127 is about using it, but as a one off, it does not make it used. There also seems to be no mention of flame retardant for this substance. Also that Encarta link is a dud. I also tried the encarta link and it was clearly a dud. We should remove that link and anything related to it.
