American legislative district
Kentucky's 25th Senatorial district is one of 38 districts in the Kentucky Senate . Located in the eastern part of the state, it comprises the counties of Clay , Jackson , Knox , McCreary , Owsley , and Whitley . It has been represented by Robert Stivers (R –Manchester ) since 1997.[ 1] Stivers has served as president of the Senate since 2013. As of 2022, the district had a population of 121,125.[ 2]
