Ο Μάρκος Αυρήλιος Δημήτριος (2ος αιώνας μ.Χ.) ήταν αρχαίος ολυμπιονίκης από την Αλεξάνδρεια, ο οποίος στέφθηκε νικητής στο άθλημα του παγκράτιου στους 233ους (153 μ.Χ.) ολυμπιακούς αγώνες της αρχαιότητας. Υπήρξε περιοδονίκης στο ίδιο αγώνισμα με νίκες κατά την ίδια χρονική περίοδο στα Πύθια, Νέμεα, και Ίσθμια. Γιος του ήταν ο Μάρκος Αυρήλιος Ασκληπιάδης (Ερμόδωρος) ο οποίος έγινε ολυμπιονίκης στο ίδιο άθλημα στους 240ους αγώνες το 181.[1]
