Τα Βραβεία Saturn είναι κινηματογραφικά και τηλεοπτικά βραβεία. Απονέμονται ετησίως από την Ακαδημία ταινιών επιστημονικής φαντασίας, φαντασίας και τρόμου προς τιμήν των καλύτερων ταινιών επιστημονικής φαντασίας, φαντασίας και τρόμου.

Παρόμοια με άλλα βραβεία, όπως τα Όσκαρ και τα Βραβείο Γκράμι, έτσι και στα βραβεία Saturn ψηφίζουν για την απονομή τους τα μέλη της ακαδημίας. Επίσης, απονέμονται ειδικά βραβεία όπως το τιμητικό βραβείο στον συγκεκριμένο τομέα.

Το ίδιο το βραβείο είναι ένα αγαλματίδιο που απεικονίζει τον πλανήτη Κρόνο, τον οποίο αντί για τους δακτυλίους του τον περιστρέφει ένα κομμάτι ταινίας. Τα βραβεία, τα οποία αρχικά λεγόταν Golden Scroll, απονέμονται από το 1972.
