Tri-Magnum Sales Inc. war ein US-amerikanischer Hersteller von Automobilen.[1][2]

Unternehmensgeschichte

Das Unternehmen hatte seinen Sitz in Irvine in Kalifornien.[1][2] 1985 stellte es Automobile und Kit Cars her.[1][2][3][4] Der Markenname lautete Tri-Magnum.[1][2]

Fahrzeuge

Das einzige Modell ging zurück auf einen Entwurf von Quincy-Lynn, die aber nur Baupläne, aber weder Bausätze noch Komplettfahrzeuge anboten.[2] Es war ein Dreirad mit hinterem Einzelrad.[4] Der Rahmen bestand aus Holz.[1] Einige Teile stammten vom VW Käfer, andere von Suzuki.[1] Verschiedene Motorradmotoren von 400 cm³ bis 1300 cm³ Hubraum trieben die Fahrzeuge an.[2] Eine Quelle nennt speziell einen Vierzylindermotor von Kawasaki mit 900 cm³ Hubraum.[1] Die geschlossene Karosserie aus Fiberglas[2] bot Platz für zwei Personen[1]. Auffallend waren Klappscheinwerfer.[1]
