Lipkemera ist eine Gattung der Rundkrabben mit fünf rezenten Arten.[1] Sie besiedeln die tiefe Gezeitenzone, den Schelf und den Kontinentalhang in Tiefen zwischen 17 und 270 m im zentralen und östlichen Indopazifik (Philippinen, Japan, Französisch-Polynesien).[2]

Merkmale

Der Carapax ist bis zu 24 mm lang und die regionale Gliederung nur in der vorderen Hälfte gut erkennbar. Die Stirn ragt nicht nach vorn über. Das basale Antennenglied ist zur Mittellinie um etwa 45° geneigt. Die Scherenbeine sind ungleich groß. Die Schreitbeine sind kurz und kräftig und haben keine Einrastfunktion zwischen Propodus und Dactylus. Der Merus des letzten Schreitbeins ist weniger als dreimal so lang wie breit.[2]
