Ihorombe adalah sebuah kawasan di Madagaskar. Kawasan tersebut berbatasan dengan kawasan Haute Matsiatra di utara, Atsimo-Atsinanana di timur, Anosy di selatan dan Atsimo-Andrefana di barat.
