Yazid bin al-Muhallab al-Azdi (bahasa Arab: يزيد بن المهلب, translit. Yazīd ibn al-Muhallab al-Azdī; 672/673–24 Agustus 720) adalah seorang komandan dan negarawan untuk Kekhalifahan Umayyah di Irak dan Khurasan pada awal abad ke-8. Pada 720, dia pemimpin yang terakhir dari serangkaian pemberontakan Irak skala besar melawan Bani Umayyah.
