Interleukin-18 (bahasa Inggris: interleukin-18, interferon-gamma-inducing factor, IL-18) adalah sitokina yang merupakan ekspresi genetik IL18,^[5] dengan prekursor sepanjang 192 AA dan protein aktif sepanjang 157 AA yang meningkatkan respon peradangan tubuh dengan menginduksi sekresi interferon-gamma oleh sel T dan meningkatkan aktivitas sel NK di dalam limpa. IL-18 umumnya merupakan sekresi makrofaga dan sel Kupffer.^[6]
