Kampung Penanjong adalah sebuah desa di Daerah Tutong, Brunei Darussalam, di pinggiran kota distrik Pekan Tutong. Populasinya adalah 1.856 jiwa pada tahun 2021.[1] Ini adalah salah satu desa di Mukim Pekan Tutong, sebuah mukim di distrik tersebut.

Fasilitas

Pendidikan

Sekolah Dasar Penanjong merupakan sekolah dasar desa yang didirikan pada tahun 1936.[2] Terdapat pula Sekolah Agama Penanjong yang merupakan sekolah desa untuk tingkat dasar pendidikan agama Islam di negara ini.

Masjid

Masjid desa saat ini adalah Masjid Kampung Penanjong; diresmikan pada tanggal 6 April 1984 dan dapat menampung 500 jamaah.[3] Masjid ini menggantikan masjid desa sebelumnya, Masjid Cahaya Derma Bakti, untuk menampung semakin banyaknya jamaah. Masjid sebelumnya telah diresmikan oleh Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien III pada tanggal 25 Agustus 1961.[2]

Pariwisata

Pantai Persiaran Pengkalan Pinang Penanjong merupakan tempat rekreasi di Pantai Penanjong, pantai sepanjang pesisir desa yang menghadap Laut Cina Selatan.[2]
