Aunu atau Aunu Senebre adalah makanan tradisional yang berasal dari Papua Selatan.[1] Aunu senebre terbuat dari bahan dasar berupa ikan teri nasi (Stophelorus sp.) yang dicampur dengan irisan daun talas. Makanan ini memiliki tekstur yang tidak kering, meskipun sekilas terlihat kering dan di Papua, Aunu Senebere biasa disantap dengan papeda atau umbi-umbian. Penambahan irisan daun talas menghasilkan cita rasa gurih dan sedikit pedas pada makanan ini.[2]

Pembuatan makanan ini cukup mudah, hanya mencampurkan bahan utama berupa ikan teri nasi yang telah digoreng, daun talas yang telah direbus dan dipotong kecil, parutan kelapa dan garam. Setelah itu, dikukus selama 30 menit dan siap disajikan.

Aunu Senebre sempat menjadi nominasi sebagai kategori Makanan Tradisional Terpopuler.dalam Anugerah Pesona Indonesia (API) II 2017 lalu dan mulai mendapatkan perhatian masyarakat sejak saat itu.[3][4]
