第7方面軍Japanese Seventh Area Army（Dai nana hōmen gun）是日本陸軍在太平洋戰爭後期成立的一個方面軍[1]。

它被成立於1944年3月19日，在南方軍的編制下，主要任務是防止盟軍在馬來亞、新加坡、婆羅洲、爪哇島及蘇門答臘的登陸和在日軍失去了所羅門群島、新幾內亞及荷屬東印度東部後建立一條新的防線[2]，其總部設於新加坡，它在第二次世界大戰日本無條件投降後被解散[3]。
