波羅蜥科（Bolosauridae）是一群已絕種的早期爬行動物，生存於二疊紀早到中期。化石在北美洲、俄羅斯、法國、德國、中國發現；生存年代最早是石炭紀最晚期（格舍爾階）或二疊紀最早期（阿舍爾階）[1][2]。

其包括的真雙足蜥屬是目前已知最古老的二足脊椎动物[3][4][5]。波羅蜥科的牙齒顯示牠們可能是植食性動物[6]。
