吕志和奖（英語：LUI Che Woo Prize），全称「吕志和奖 – 世界文明奖」，是由香港嘉华集团主席吕志和于2015年9月24日设立的国际奖项，主要是为了表彰为世界文明发展作出杰出贡献的人士或团体。[1] 该奖设有三个奖项类别，分别是持续发展奖、人类福祉奖和正能量奖，每位获奖者均将获得现金奖励2,000万港元（约256万美元）。[2][3] 获奖名单由一个三层架构组织选拔所产生，包括奖项理事会、奖项推荐委员会及三个奖项类别的遴选专责小组，获奖者须得到三个阶段评审一致同意最终选出。[4]

奖项类别

吕志和奖设有三项类别，旨在褒扬对世界人类福祉作出卓越贡献者，推动三个目标。

这个项目的目标是表扬个人或团体在维护生态平衡、促进自然资源可持续性等各方面的成就
  • 人类福祉奖（增加人类的生活福祉）[6]
这个项目的目标是表扬个人或团体对提升人类生活福祉方面的成就
  • 正能量奖（倡导积极的人生观，弘扬正能量）[6]
这个项目的目标是表扬个人或团体在面临逆境时，仍然保持正面积极的态度，足以成为世人表率方面的成就

获奖者

「吕志和奖」的每一项奖项只会授予单一的获奖者，获奖者可以是个人或团体，如若该年没有适合的获奖者，则该奖项类别将会空缺，不予授出。下列是历年的获奖得主：

主办组织

吕志和奖有限公司（简称「奖项公司」）是在香港成立的公共性质慈善机构，由董事会成员负责领导及监督。下列是奖项公司的董事会成员：

奖项评审

吕志和奖由一个三层架构组织选拔产生，包括奖项理事会、奖项推荐委员会及三个奖项类别的遴选专责小组，获奖者须经过三个阶段的评审而选出。[4]

第一阶段，三个遴选专责小组分别评定各自奖项所收到的提名，然后向奖项推荐委员会推荐各自奖项类别的被提名人候选名单。第二阶段，奖项推荐委员会评定三个遴选专责小组提交的名单，并向奖项理事会推荐被提名人候选名单。第三阶段，奖项理事会评定奖项推荐委员会的推荐，将决定各奖项的获奖者。

奖项公司在遴选过程中不提供任何意见，并拥护奖项理事会的决定为最终结果。

奖项理事会

奖项理事会由五位国际人士组成，主要负责审核由奖项推荐委员会推荐的提名获奖者。[4]
