《RPG》是日本樂隊SEKAI NO OWARI的第4張單曲，於2013年5月1日由TOY'S FACTORY發行。同名A面曲《RPG》是於同年上映的動畫劇場版《蠟筆小新：超級美味！B級美食大逃亡！！》的主題曲。

背景與發行

《RPG》距離在2012年7月發行的專輯《ENTERTAINMENT》發行近10個月，為發行專輯後的首個作品。

單曲分為初回限定盤A、初回限定盤B和通常盤，共三個版本發售。初回限定盤A附有一張現場CD，初回限定盤B亦附有DVD。由於《RPG》是於2013年4月20日上映的動畫劇場版《蜡笔小新 笨蛋好吃！B級美食大逃亡！》的主題曲，所以初回限定盤B的封面採用了《蠟筆小新》的插圖。[5]

音樂和歌詞

《RPG》的歌詞源於SEKAI NO OWARI在2011年的一段小故事。樂隊四人自組成樂隊起已經住在一起生活。當時鋼琴手Saori因對主唱Fukase不滿而離家出走，但最後覺得還是不能夠離開樂隊，並發覺原因是由於對於樂隊的愛。Saori將當時的心情寫成歌詞，就是副歌的「天空蔚藍萬里無雲 以海洋為目標向前進 並沒有甚麼可怕的 因為我們已經不再獨自一人了」。[註 1]她之後拜託Fukase繼續餘下的部份，完成這首以角色扮演遊戲（RPG）為題材的歌曲。[6]

這首歌帶有進行曲的風格，曲調輕快，定音鼓和拍手聲混入其中，使用了風琴、班多鈕手風琴（Bandoneón）等各色各樣的樂器。[7]結他手Nakajin稱他用了交響樂的方法來為《RPG》編曲。他又指這首歌的音效是他們之前所沒有的，因此這首歌在音樂層面上對他們今後十分重要。[8]

音樂影片

SEKAI NO OWARI為了洗去過往認真的印象，故邀請了田向潤擔任《RPG》MV的導演。風格奇異的女歌手Kyary Pamyu Pamyu的MV全部都是由田向潤導演的。[9]MV內容為樂隊成員被一群小朋友引導，掀起革命的故事。[10]Fukase由於在發行幾個月前，於国立代代木第一体育館舉行的演唱會後的慶功宴中受傷，導致左腳腳趾骨折，所以在MV中提着一支柺杖。導演田向潤刻意在主唱Fukase腳部受傷時，在MV後半中加入舞蹈部份。這部份正式拍攝時，先拍攝戴上石膏面具的舞蹈員跳舞的鏡頭，再拍攝多位成員本人上半身的鏡頭。[9]

排行榜成績

單曲於發行後的星期六（即5月4日）以超過一萬張的銷量，取得當日Oricon公信榜單曲日榜首名。其後於發行首星期錄得銷量約7.9萬張，取得該榜的單曲週榜第2名，屈居於Sexy Zone的《Real Sexy!/BAD BOYS》。[1][11]這張單曲的首週銷量超過了上一張專輯《ENTERTAINMENT》（約6.5萬張）和上一張單曲《睡公主》（約3.7萬張）[1]，亦刷新了SEKAI NO OWARI自身的排名紀錄。

另外，《RPG》在Billboard JAPAN Hot 100排行榜上取得第1名，以龐大的分數差距拋離第2名Sexy Zone《Real Sexy!》和NAOTO INTI RAYMI《戀愛的季節》（恋する季節）。[2][註 2]在Billboard JAPAN另一排行榜「Hot Animation」上，《RPG》亦連續兩星期登上首位。[4]這次是SEKAI NO OWARI初次奪得該兩個排行榜的冠軍。[2][3]
