詹朝立

詹朝立(1954年10月3日),筆名詹澈,為臺灣詩人彰化縣溪州鄉人,曾任《草根》、《春風》等詩刊同仁,曾任《夏潮》雜誌主編、《春風》雜誌發行人、臺灣藝文作家協會理事長、行政院雲嘉南區聯合服務中心代理執行長、釣魚台教育協會常務理事。他長年從事農權運動,曾任台灣農民聯盟副主席、全國農漁會自救會辦公室主任,於2002年1123與農共生大遊行時擔任總指揮。著有詩集《西瓜寮詩輯》、《海浪和河流的隊伍》及報導文學作品《天黑黑嘜落雨:十二萬農漁民大遊行傳真》等書。

簡介

詹澈出生於彰化,四歲時因八七水災,祖傳田產界線流失,舉家遷徙至臺東,幾經遷徙,後定居於馬蘭部落

創作

詹澈畢業於屏東農專農藝科,在校期間即擔任校刊《南風》主編,受詩人吳晟作品觸動,於校刊上發表〈阿花的故事〉、〈阿菊的故事〉、〈阿蘭的故事〉、〈阿火伯的故事〉等作品,其作品風格主要以寫實、口語、直述為主。畢業入伍後,接觸《夏潮》雜誌,頗受當時鄉土文學論戰的啟蒙。[1]

1976年與詩人李男羅青一同創辦《草根》詩刊(由「草根詩社」發行),在《草根》上發表「身世篇」等作品。1978年為王拓競選國大代表助選,演講二二八事件,被當局列為追緝對象,四處躲藏。後來又參與《夏潮》、《鼓聲》、《春風》等雜誌編輯工作,不過這些雜誌都被相繼被禁[2]。1983年5月出版第一本詩集《土地,請站起來說話》,1986年出版詩集《手的歷史》。1995年出版詩文合集《這手拿的那手掉了》及詩集《海岸燈火》。1996年以《西瓜寮詩輯》獲第五屆陳秀喜詩獎,1998年以〈勇士舞〉一詩入選1997年度詩選,並獲年度詩人獎。[2]

參與農運

1980年前後,詹澈在政論雜誌上發表許多長篇敘事詩,多以政治為主題。1987年起參與農民運動。1988年,因李登輝政府開放外國進口水果嚴重影響台灣本土農民生計,由台中果農發起、全台串連,詹澈與戴振耀林國華等人一起發動520事件[3],詹澈擔任東區負責人及台灣農民聯盟副主席[2]

2002年,中華民國總統陳水扁開始整頓逾期放款比例過高的地方農會漁會信用部,進而強力要求農漁會以信用部以作價方式新設銀行投資銀行,並且限期兩年內轉型。部分農漁會信用部由銀行接收後,使得農民貸款周轉出現困難,平日賴為協助的農會甚至消失,許多農會員工遭到裁員,引發農、漁民強烈不滿;於是各地農會串連於11月23日發動1123與農共生大遊行[4][5],詹澈擔任遊行總指揮。

2004年,詹澈擔任族群平等行動聯盟發起人之一、中華民國全國性公民投票第一案辯論會反方代表。2004年2月,詹澈說,「不領公投票」完全是人民表達意見的民主程序之一,絕對不等於反民主,更不等於「中共同路人」[6]

2005年8月13日,夏潮聯合會與社運界及知識界二十多個團體在臺北市二二八和平紀念公園露天音樂台舉辦「世界反法西斯戰爭勝利暨中國抗戰勝利、台灣光復六十週年紀念大會」,楊祖珺與詹澈擔任主持人[7]

2006年,詹澈擔任百萬人民倒扁運動副總指揮。2007年,詹澈擔任台灣水果生產過剩緊急採購機制工作小組成員。
