美国创新一美元硬币（英語：American Innovation Dollars）是美国铸币局从2018年开始并计划铸造至2032年的一套1美元系列硬币。所有硬币的正面图案为自由女神像。

背景

美国创新一美元硬币计划由康涅狄格州联邦众议员吉姆·希姆斯提出的《美国创新1美元硬币法案》授权。该法案于2018年6月20日在美国参议院通过，并于6月27日在美国众议院通过。[1]时任总统唐纳德·特朗普于7月20日将法案签署生效。[2]美国创新一美元硬币计划的第一款硬币于12月14日发行。该硬币的主题为“首项专利”，纪念第一任总统乔治·华盛顿在1790年7月31日签署美国首项专利。[3]

发行

美国创新一美元硬币计划展示了来自美国五十个州、哥伦比亚特区和五个领地（波多黎各、关岛、美属萨摩亚、美属维尔京群岛和北马里亚纳群岛）的一项创新或一名创新者。该计划总共发行57种设计，并自2019年开始每年发行四种背面设计。一共有三个铸币机构负责制造该硬币系列。未流通级硬币由费城铸币局和丹佛铸币局铸造，而精制硬币（英语：Proof coinage）和背面精制硬币则由旧金山铸币局铸造。美国创新一美元硬币不会进入市场流通，只面向收藏家销售。[4]

设计

所有硬币的正面图案为自由女神像，硬币下方有“我们信仰上帝”（“In God We Trust”）和“$1”字样。自2019年开始，硬币的正面在“我们信仰上帝”文字下方均有一个特别标记（privy mark）。硬币的边缘刻有“合众为一”（“E pluribus unum”）字样、发行年份、13颗五角星和造币标记“P”、“D”或“S”，分别代表费城铸币局、丹佛铸币局或旧金山铸币局。
