孫婉（1896年11月12日—1979年6月3日），廣東香山翠亨鄉（今中山市南朗鎮翠亨村）人[註 1]，中華民國國父孫中山先生次女，與父孫中山生日相同，生於夏威夷共和國檀香山[2]。

早年

孫中山次女，與父親孫中山同月同日出生，母親為孫中山元配盧慕貞，幼年時期在檀香山度過。1907年，伯父孫眉在檀香山經營的農場宣告破產，孫琬與母親及姐姐一同舉家遷往香港九龍牛池灣，在那裡居住一段時日後。1910年（清宣統二年），因祖母杨氏去世，與母親盧慕貞離開香港赴马来西亚槟城與與父親孫中山團聚，曾在廣州培正學校就讀小學。

孫中山先生爲中國近代革命事業付出了畢生的心力，犧牲了與家人暢聚的時光，即使次女孫琬出生，不但無法親見，更要遲至五年後，才首見愛女。孫琬幼年隨母親盧慕貞居于海外，後求學美國，最終隨丈夫戴恩賽定居澳門。戴恩賽留學美國哥倫比亞大學，歸國後效力政府。他們與孫中山有著深厚的聯繫，在孫中山革命生涯中扮演著重要的角色。戴恩賽和孫琬去世後，其遺物被粵港澳地區多家文博單位收藏[3]。

婚姻

孫婉一共經歷兩次婚姻，第一任丈夫為王伯秋，兩人相識1913年3月，當時兩人皆赴美國加州求學，孫婉於加州州立大學就讀文學系，王伯秋於哈佛大學攻讀政治學，王伯秋早些時候於日本留學時加入同盟會，深得孫中山器重。1913年，孫中山親至美國探視罹患糖尿病的大女兒，臨行前擔心同在美國的二女兒沒人照顧，於是囑咐同在加州的王伯秋多關照，孫婉與王伯秋於是相戀，並於1914年秋天結為夫婦，第二年，兩人的大女兒王纕蕙出生，而後兩人完成學業，來到日本，兒子王弘之出生於日本東京。兩人後來因王伯秋尚有一段婚姻，加上孫文反對而分手。

第二任丈夫為戴恩賽，兩人於1921年3月19日於澳門結婚，戴曾任廣州軍政府外交部秘書，外交部政治組組長及外交委員會委員等職。1921年，冬天，孫婉生下她與戴恩賽的第一個孩子，據說孫文很喜歡這個外孫女，替這個外孫女命名為成功，一則意寓他領導的革命成功，二則希望孫女一生順遂，成功一番事業。1922年，孫婉再生一子，戴永豐。這年適逢廣州六一六事變，孫中山於永豐艦上指揮抗擊叛軍。為了紀念這件事，孫中山給外孫取名永豐。1929年2月，戴恩賽被任命為國民政府駐巴西全權公使，孫婉隨夫遠赴巴西，一兒一女交由定居澳門的母親盧慕貞照顧。1949年，中共成立中華人民共和國，孫琬隨丈夫偕兒女移居澳門。

晚年

1968年，蔣介石派員赴澳門勸孫婉移居臺灣安度晚年，孫婉以自己年老體弱、移居困難為由婉拒。1971年孫婉在家中摔傷盆骨，行動不便，需長期治療，但又無力支付昂貴的醫療費。澳門聞人何賢得知此事，即將孫婉送入澳門鏡湖醫院治療，並報中共中央有關領導。後中央人民政府負擔孫婉在鏡湖醫院的一切治療及調理費用，並通過駐澳門機構南光行每月撥款3000元港幣資助孫婉生活費。孫婉於1979年在澳门镜湖医院逝世。殡礼由澳門華人實權領袖何贤主持，并宣读祭文。葬于澳门凼仔孝思永远墓园。1989年迁葬于香港薄扶林道坟场戴家墓地与戴恩赛合葬。
