Dodoma
Dodoma — Tanzaniya Birlashgan Respublikasining poytaxti. Mamlakatning markaziy qismida. Aholisi 204 ming kishi (1998). Dorussalom— Kigoma temir yoʻl va Buyuk Shimoliy avtomobil yoʻlidagi muhim transport yoʻllari tuguni. Oziqovqat (vino, meva kon-servalari, moy ishlab chiqarish va boshqa) sanoati, qishloq xoʻjaligi mahsulotlarini qayta ishlash, yogʻochsozlik korxonalari mavjud. Geologiya va konchilik ishlari ilmiy tadqiqot instituta, geologiya muzeyi bor. Mamlakat poytaxti 1993-yildan Dorussayaomsan Dodomaga koʻchirila boshlandi.
