Церква Вознесіння Господнього в Козлові — парафія і храм греко-католицької громади Козлівського деканату Тернопільсько-Зборівської архієпархії Української греко-католицької церкви в смт Козлів Тернопільського району Тернопільської области.

Історія церкви

Церкву збудовано в 1896 році. Парафія з XVIII століття, а храм — з 1896 належали УГКЦ до 1946 року. Відновили свою приналежність у лоні УГКЦ у 1990 році. З 1946 до 1990 року парафія і храм належали РПЦ.

Візитацію парафії у 2013 році здійснив митрополит і архиєпископ Тернопільсько-Зборівський Василій Семенюк.

Діють припарафіяльні: братство Матері Божої Неустанної Помочі, Марійська та Вівтарна дружини, спільнота «Матері в молитві».

На території парафії є хрест на честь скасування панщини, могила на місці криївки, фігура Скорботної матері.

До парафії належить проборство.
