Гміна Острув — колишня (1934—1939 рр.) сільська ґміна Львівського повіту Львівського воєводства Польської республіки (1918—1939) рр.. Центром ґміни було село Острів.

1 серпня 1934 року було створено ґміну Острув у Львівському повіті. До неї увійшли сільські громади: Хрусно Нове, Хрусно Старе, Добжани, Дорнфельд, Айнзідель, Фалькенштайн, Гумєнєц, Ястшембкув, Лани, Ніконковіце, Острув, Пяскі, Розенберґ, Сердица, Срокі Щежецкє, Щежец, Заґрудкі[2].

У 1934 році територія ґміни становила 121,81 км². Населення ґміни станом на 1931 рік становило 11833 особи. Налічувалось 2 279 житлових будинків[1].

Публіковані ж поляками цифри про 36,4% поляків у ґміні за ніби-то результатами перепису 1931 року суперечать шематизмам і даним, отриманим від місцевих жителів (див. вище), та пропорціям за допольськими (австрійськими) і післяпольськими (радянським 1940 й німецьким 1943) переписами.

Відповідно до пакту Молотова — Ріббентропа 23 вересня територія ґміни була передана німцями радянським військам[4]. Ґміна ліквідована у 1940 році у зв'язку з утворенням Щирецького району.
