Конве́нція про привіле́ї та імуніте́ти спеціалізо́ваних устано́в — юридично обов'язкова для держав-учасниць міжнародна угода, яка містить норми міжнародного інституційного права щодо привілеїв та імунітетів, якими користуються міжнародні організації, їх посадові особи та представники держав-членів для виконання своїх функцій.
