Stephen Roth Enstitüsü

Stephen Roth Enstitüsü; Yahudi Düşmanlığı ve Irkçılığa karşı Araştırma ve Eğitim Enstitüsü (Stephen Roth Institute for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism and Racism) İsrail'de bulunan Tel Aviv Üniversitesi'ne bağlı bir enstitüdür. Yahudi düşmanlığı ve ırkçılık yapan hareketler hakkında bilgi toplayan bir kuruluştur. Kuruluşun temelinde II. Dünya Savaşı'ndan sonra dünyamızdaki Yahudi toplumu ile ilgili sosyal ve politik gelişmelerin incelenmesi yatar.[1]

Enstitünün geçmişi

Stephen Roth Enstitüsü, 1991 yılında Yahudi düşmanlığını araştırmak amacıyla oluşturulmuş bir projedir. İsrail'in Tel Aviv kentinde biriktirilen çok sayıda Yahudi aleyhtarı ve ırkçı belge nedeniyle bu tür bir projenin gerçekleştirilmesi kararı alındı.[2] Bu kuruluş dünyanın her yanından sürekli olarak üniversite öğrencileri tarafından izlenir ve konuyla ilgili olarak bilgi akışını devam ettirir.[3]

Kuruluşun çalışmaları

  • Dünya çapında internetin taranması ve Yahudi düşmanlığı ile ilgili tüm kayıtların toparlanarak merkeze ulaştırılması.
  • Uluslararası üniversiteler ile koordinasyon yapılarak Yahudi düşmanlığı ile ilgili öğrenciler arasındaki durumun hakkında bilgi akışının sağlanarak merkeze ulaştırılması.

  • Dünyamızda devletlerce ve hiyerarşik ortamlarda kontrol edilemeyen hareketlerle ilgili gelişmelerin tespit edilerek merkeze bildirilmesi.
