Sağ liberteryenizm, siyasi analistler, akademisyenler ve medya kaynakları tarafından öz-sahipliği, sınırlı hükûmeti savunan,^[1] özel mülkiyet haklarını ve serbest piyasayı destekleyen laissez faire eğimli liberteryen felsefeleri tanımlamada kullanılan bir terimdir. İlk olarak klasik liberalizm üzerinden yola çıkmıştır ve günümüzde bu düşüncenin daha uç şekli olarak kabul edilir.

Sağ liberteryenlerin çoğu devletin olabildiğince küçülmesi gerektiğine inanan minarşizm düşüncesini savunmakla birlikte Anarko-kapitalist görüşlerin de bazı eleştirmenler tarafından liberteryenliğin sağcı formu olarak tarif edildiğine rastlanır.^[2] Minarşistler devletin tamamen ortadan kalkması gerektiğine inanan anarko-kapitalizmin aksine, bireyleri; şiddet, saldırganlık ve hırsızlık gibi olaylardan koruyacak bir devlete gereksinim duyar. Devlet bu tip suç olaylarını engellemek ve insanların mülkiyetlerini korumak dışında, hayata hiçbir müdahale yapmamalıdır.
