Eşref Armağan (d. 1953, İstanbul) doğuştan görme engelli Türk ressamdır. Yaşamı boyunca görmediği nesnelerin maket modellerine parmak uçlarıyla dokunarak onları başarıyla resmedebilmiştir. 'The Colors of Darkness' isimli ödüllü belgesele konu olmuştur. Ayrıca Real Super Humans isimli belgeselde de aynı şekilde kendisinden ayrıntılı bir biçimde bahsedilmektedir.[1] Hiç görmediği nesneleri dokunduktan sonra resmedebilme yeteneği nedeniyle Harvard Üniversitesi nöroloji bilim dalından profesörler kendisinin beyin fonksiyonlarını incelemiş, bunun sonucunda Eşref Armağan'ın bir nesneye dokunduğunda beynindeki görülen cisimlerin algılanması ile ilgili bölümün harekete geçtiğine şahit olmuşlardır.[2] Hakkında ünlü İngiliz bilim dergisi 'New Scientist'te makale yayınlanan[3] Armağan yaşamını Ankara'da kendisi gibi görme engelli eşiyle beraber sürdürmektedir.
