Buffalo Bills, ABD'nin New York eyaletindeki Buffalo kentinde kurulu bir Amerikan futbolu takımıdır. Bills, National Football League (NFL) bünyesindeki American Football Conference Doğu Kümesinde mücadele eder. Takım maçlarını Highmark Stadyumunda oynamaktadır.[4]
Takım 1960 yılında AFL üyesi olarak kurulmuş, 1970 yılındaki AFL-NFL birleşmesi sonrasında NFL'e dahil olmuştur. Takımın adı ünlü Western kahramanı Buffalo Bill'den gelmektedir. Takım özellikle 1990'lı yıllarda çok başarılı olmuştur. 1990-1993 arasında dört kez Super Bowl'a kalma başarısı gösterse de her seferinde rakiplerine yenilmiştir. 2000-2016 arasında takım play-off aşamasına hiç kalamamıştır.2021 sezonunda AFC Final maçında Kansas City Chiefs'e uzatmada 36-42 yenilmiştir.
