Borçka Barajı, Artvin'de, Çoruh Nehri üzerinde, enerji üretmek amacıyla 1998-2005 yılları arasında inşa edilmiş bir barajdır.

Toprak gövde dolgu tipi olan barajın gövde hacmi 7.785.000 m³, akarsu yatağından yüksekliği 86,00 m., normal su kotunda göl hacmi 419,00 hm³, normal su kotunda göl alanı 10,84 km²'dir. Baraj 300 MW güç ile yıllık 1.039 GWh'lik enerji üretmektedir.

Borçka Barajında kafes tipi kültür balıkçılığı yapılmaktadır. İşletmede olan dört tesiste (43 kafeste), 2014 yılında 740 ton üretim yapılmıştır. Sekiz adet kültür balıkçılığı tesisinin yapım projeleri devam etmektedir. Uzun ve dar bir yapıya sahip baraj gölünde durgun su sporlarının yapılabileceği düşünülmektedir. Göl kano, yelken, kürek, su bisikleti gibi alanlar için uygun durumdadır.[1]
