Atıf Bayındır (d. 1883, Rodos - ö 13 Kasım 1977), Türk siyasetçi.

Mekteb-i Mülkiye mezunudur. Bahrisefid Vilayeti Maiyet Memurluğu, Fav, Cumaibâlâ ve Gebze Kaymakamlıkları, Dahiliye Vekaleti Mahalli İşler Umum Müdürlüğü, Ankara, Kastamonu ve Halep Valilikleri, Tapu ve Kadastro Umum Müdürlüğü, Ziraat Vekaleti Müsteşarlığı, Osmanlı Meclis-i Mebûsan III. Dönem (istifa[1]) Burdur Mebusluğu, TBMM V., VI. ve VII. Dönem İstanbul Milletvekilliği ile VI. ve VII. Dönem Maliye Encümeni Reisliği yapmıştır. Evli ve üç çocuk babasıdır.[2] Muhayyel Ada isimli bir romanı vardır.
