Gunnar Bergsten, född 26 mars 1945 i Lidköping, död 6 februari 2011 i Stockholm, var en svensk barytonsaxofonist.

På 1970-talet bildade han Fläsket brinner tillsammans med några andra musiker.[1] 1971 var han även med och startade bandet Sevda, som blandade turkisk folkmusik med jazz.[2]

Bergsten spelade med bland andra Lars Sjöstens Kvartett, Bernt Rosengren, Nannie Porres och Patrik Bomans Seven Piece Machine.
