Tetraprenil-beta-kurkumenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.130, ytpB (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sve-trans-heptaprenil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira tetraprenil-beta-kurkumen).^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
