TRNK dimetilaliltransferaza (EC 2.5.1.75, tRNK preniltransferaza, MiaA, transferna ribonukleatna izopenteniltransferaza, Delta2-izopentenil pirofosfat:tRNK-Delta2-izopentenil transferaza, Delta2-izopentenil pirofosfat:transfer ribonukleinske kiseline Delta2-izopenteniltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetilalil-difosfat: tRNK dimetilaliltransferaza.^[1]^[2]^[3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

dimetilalil difosfat + tRNK

Ovaj enzim je ranije bio poznat kao tRNK izopenteniltransferaza (EC 2.5.1.8).
