(3S,6E)-nerolidolna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.48, (E)-nerolidolna sintaza, nerolidolna sintaza, (3S)-(E)-nerolidol sintaza, FaNES1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira (3S,6E)-nerolidol).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat + H2O (3S,6E)-nerolidol + difosfat

Ovaj enzim katalizuje jedan od koraka u formiranju (3E)-4,8-dimetilnona-1,3,7-triena.
