(-)-Endo-fenholna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.10, (-)-endo-fenhol ciklaza, geranil pirofosfat:(-)-endo-fenhol ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (-)-endo-fenhol).^[1]^[2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

geranil difosfat + H₂O

\rightleftharpoons

(-)-endo-fenhol + difosfat

(3R)-linalil difosfat je intermedijer reakcije.
