William Thomson "Will" Hay (6. decembar 1888 – 18. april 1949) bio je engleski komičar, glumac, filmski režiser i amaterski astronom. Kao mladić je radio u inženjerskom birou prije nego što je, potaknut nastupima W. C. Fieldsa, odlučio započeti karijeru kao zabavljač. S vremenom je stekao popularnost zahvaljujući skečevima The fourth form at St. Michaels gdje je tumačio lik direktora škole. Nastupao je u filmovima, na radiju, a u slobodno vrijeme se bavio i astronomijom, izgradivši vlastitu opservatoriju 1909. godine. Godine 1932. je postao član Kraljevskog astronomskog društva; godine 1933. je otkrio bijelu mrlju na planetu Saturnu;[1] Od 1907. do 1935. bio je u braku s Gladys Perkins, sa kojom je imao troje djece.
