NGC 4023 (također poznat kao MCG 4-28-113, PGC 37732 i UGC 6977) je spiralna galaksija koja je udaljena oko 203 miliona sg od Zemlje i nalazi se u sazviježđu Berenikina kosa. Najveći prečnik je 0,90 (53 hiljade sg) a najmanji 0,7 uglovnih minuta (41 hiljada sg).[b] Prvo otkriće je napravio Johann Louis Emil Dreyer 26. aprila 1878. godine.[2][4][5]
