NGC 4045 (također poznat kao IRAS 12001+0215, MCG 0-31-22, NGC 4046, PGC 38031 i UGC 7021) je prečkasta spiralna galaksija koja je udaljena oko 91 miliona sg od Zemlje i nalazi se u sazviježđu Djevica. Najveći prečnik je 2,70 (71 hiljada sg) a najmanji 1,7 uglovnih minuta (45 hiljada sg).[b] Prvo otkriće je napravio John Frederick William Herschel 20. decembra 1784. godine.[2][4][5]
