Министр здравоохранения Азербайджана (азерб. Azərbaycan Səhiyyə Naziri) — глава Министерства здравоохранения Азербайджана. Министр здравоохранения Азербайджана назначается на должность и отстраняется от должности Президентом Азербайджанской Республики.
