Newfoundland and Labrador Tankard 2016, turniej wyłaniający mistrzów Nowej Fundlandii i Labradoru w curlingu. Odbył się między 28 a 31 stycznia w St. John’s na lodowisku Re/Max Centre.

W tej edycji zawodów rywalizowało ze sobą sześć drużyn. Zwycięzca, Brad Gushue, będzie reprezentował prowincję w Ottawie na Tim Hortons Brier 2016.
