91. mistrzostwa Europy w łyżwiarstwie szybkim w wieloboju odbyły się w dniach 7–9 stycznia 1994 roku w Hamar, w Norwegii. Kobiety startowały po raz 19. Łyżwiarki startowały na dystansach: 500 m, 1500 m, 3000 m, 5000 m. Niemka Gunda Niemann po raz piąty wywalczyła tytuł najlepszej panczenistki kontynentu. Zawodnicy startowali na czterech dystansach: 500 m, 1500 m, 5000 m i 10000 m. Pierwsze złoto wywalczył Holender Rintje Ritsma. Do biegu na 5000 m/10000 m awansowała tylko najlepsza 12 po trzech dystansach.
