Tre søstre (russisk: Три сестры) er et skuespill av den russiske dramatikeren og novelleforfatteren Anton Tsjekhov. Konstantin Stanislavskij og hans Moskva kunstnerteater uroppførte stykket 31. januar 1901 i Moskva.

Stykket er et naturalistisk stykke om forfallet innen den privilegerte klassen i Russland, og deres søken etter meningen med livet i det moderne verden. Det beskriver tilværelsen og forhåpningene til Prozorov-familien og de tre søstrene Olga, Masja og Irina, og deres bror Andrej. Familien er utilfredse og frustrerte med sine liv. Søstrene vokste opp i Moskva og har en urban og moderne bakgrunn, men de siste elleve årene har de bodd i en liten landsens by.

I stykket får Moskva en symbolsk betydning for søstrene som drømmer tilbake til tiden der og hele tiden snakker om deres ønske om å kunne vende tilbake. For dem er representerer Moskva lykken og det perfekte liv. Utover i stykket blir det klart at de aldri kommer til Moskva, og søstrene må se at deres drømmer forblir fjerne og uoppfylte.
