Roberto Heras Hernández (født 1. februar 1974 i Béjar) er en spansk syklist.

Heras har blant annet vunnet Vuelta a España fire ganger. I februar 2006 ble han utestengt i to år etter å ha testet positivt for EPO på nest siste etappe av Vuelta a España 2005, og seieren gikk til Denis Mensjov.[2] Etter en anke basert på ureglementert behandling av dopingprøven fikk han seieren tilbake.[3] Heras saksøkte det spanske sykkelforbundet og fikk €724 000 i kompensasjon for tapt fortjeneste.[4]

Heras var blant de trettitalls profesjonelle syklister som i 2006 ble navngitt som klienter av dopinglegen Eufemiano Fuentes.[5]
