Oscar Andreas Ingebrigtsen (1902–1979) var en norsk trykkeriarbeider og Arbeiderpartiet-politiker fra Ålesund. Han var vararepresentant til Stortinget i tre perioder 1958–69, og møtte fast fra januar til august 1958, mens Ulrik Olsen var kommunalminister. Ingebrigtsen var også ordfører i Ålesund 1955–1957.[1][2]

Han var ansatt som rotasjonstrykker i Aalesunds Avis 1918–1941 og i Sunnmøre Arbeideravis 1945–1972.[3] Han satt i kommunestyre og formannskap 1945–63, og hadde lederverv i Sunnmøre Grafiske Forening og i Ålesund faglige samorganisasjon.

Under krigen var han involvert i englandsfarten,[4] og ble arrestert i mai 1941.[5]
