Moritz Leuenberger (1946–) er en sveitsisk politiker og medlem av Forbundsrådet (Bundesrat), Sveits' regjering. Han har sittet i regjeringen siden 1995.

Han representerer Sozialdemokratische Partei der Schweiz (SPS).

Siden 1998 har han vært minister i Departementet for miljøvern, transport, energi og kommunikasjoner. Moritz Leuenberger er forbundspresident (Bundespräsident) i 2006.
