Midtre Hålogaland tingrett (nordsamisk: Gaska-Holgolátti diggegoddi)[1] er en norsk domstol som ble opprettet 26. april 2021.[2][3][4] Domstolen sogner til Nordland lagsogn i Hålogaland lagdømme og har rettssted i Harstad, Narvik og Sortland.[5][6]

Rettskretsen dekker kommunene Andøy, Bø, Evenes, Gratangen, Hadsel, Harstad, Ibestad, Kvæfjord, Lavangen, Lødingen, Narvik, Salangen, Sortland, Tjeldsund og Øksnes. Domstolen ledes av sorenskriver Kåre Ingvard Skognes, som ble utnevnt av Kongen i statsråd den 16. april 2021.
