Lupita Amondi Nyong'o (født 1. mars 1983 i Mexico by) er en skuespiller og musikkvideoregissør med dobbelt statsborgerskap fra Kenya og Mexico. Hun vant Oscar for beste kvinnelige birolle for sin tolkning av Patsey i 12 Years a Slave.

Foreldrene er kenyanske, fra Luo-folket. Faren Peter Anyang' Nyong'o er politiker. Da Lupita ble født var han gjesteforeleser ved El Colegio de México.[7][8]
